Shipping Policy
All the products will be dispatched from Western Australia with in 1-2 business days. We offer standard or express shipping across the world*, shipping cost calculated at check out.
*Covid-19 may impact delivery times.
We require a signature for delivery. Please make sure you select a safe delivery address you can trust, as we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Order Information
You will receive an email confirmation for your order after processing the payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
Packaging
All pieces are packed securely in our Minzara gift boxes and then shipped in Minzara shipping boxes.
Lost or Damaged Items
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP within 14 days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you, if you wish to make a refund/replacement (depends on stock availability).
We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
- The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
- The loss or damage occurs after delivery.
- The item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
