How long will my order take to arrive?

It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. After shipping it generally takes 2-8 business days to receive your item. We use Australia Post for shipping across Australia.

You will receive email confirmation once the order is shipped with tracking details. 

Can I cancel once order is made?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel your order once we have shipped the product. However, please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel the order by emailing us to mail@minzara.com.au and we will try our best to process your request.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we only ship within Australia.

What if I receive wrong product/size/damaged product?

We take utmost care to avoid such circumstances. However, if such an unlikely event happens, please email to mail@minzara.com.au to help you.

Can I return if I do not like the product?

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, you will have to incur the return shipping fee. Please see our Return Policy.

How can I find my ring size?

Please Click here  to know how to measure your ring size and size guide. You can also visit a local jewellery store who would happily measure the ring size for you if you are not sure to do it yourself. 

My ring doesn’t fit, can I get a replacement?

We encourage you to follow our ring size guide before you make your order. You will be able to get a onetime replacement depends on stock availability, or a full refund if you make prior arrangements by emailing us to mail@minzara.com.au. We will process your request once we have received the product in original condition, in original packaging without any wear and tear. Customer will have to incur the shipping charges. 

When will I receive my refund? 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

How do I care my Minzara jewellery?

Our jewellery is made of Natural Gemstones on 925 Stirling Silver with 1-micron Rose Gold, Yellow Gold or Rhodium plating with an "e" coating to maintain the shine of plating. Please follow jewellery care instructions so that the colour and quality is maintained for a long-term.

The plating on the jewellery eventually wears off with use. The speed at which the plating fades will depend on multiple factors including the use of skin care products, perfumes, your skin’s natural PH, levels of perspiration etc. Please follow the product care instructions to ensure greater longevity and wearability of your jewelleryPlease find our detailed jewellery care instructions here.

If you want to restore your faded jewellery simply request a jeweller who offer replating services and they may be able to replate the piece for you. 

Do you offer only authentic gemstones?

Yes, we only use natural gemstones on all our products. You can request authenticity and valuation certificate for your product at an additional cost by emailing us.

Why do I choose natural gemstones for my jewellery?

Natural gemstones are produced in natural environment without human intervention and many of them took millions of years to form. They are rare and more valuable.

Can I wear Minzara jewellery everyday?

Minzara does not guarantee that our rose-gold and gold plated products will last forever. Plated pieces are more prone to fade their colour with use. The speed at which the plating fades will depend on multiple factors including the use of skin care products, perfumes, your skin’s natural PH, levels of perspiration etc. Please follow the product care instructions to ensure greater longevity and wearability of your jewellery.  

Why is my Ethiopian opal gemstone faded its colour?

If the Ethiopian opal is allowed to absorb water or moisture, it may lose its fire temporarily and turn yellow or brown. The play of color in the gemstone should come back once the opal is fully dried, however, this can take a day to a few weeks, depending on how much water has been absorbed. 

Can gemstones crack?

Yes, gemstones can crack due to a number of reasons, such as impact and exposure to heat. To avoid cracks, take care not to knock or bump your gemstone jewellery when wearing it. You should also store it safely in a padded jewellery box or jewellery pouch. 

Will my Minzara jewellery look exactly as appear on the website?

The actual colour and size of your products may slightly differ when compared to the pictures from the website. Some items may appear larger than actual size to show the details of the product and some may appear smaller than actual size to show the entire item. All of the Minzara jewellery are made of natural gemstones which may slightly differ in colour due to difference in lighting, thickness, chemical composition etc.
